Kratom Veins And Their Differences

Kratom is an ever-growing trend in the world of alternative medicinal treatments. With many benefits and few side effects, it’s easy to see why so many people are looking into it as a potential treatment or even as a long-term solution for a chronic health condition.

It is an ever-growing supplement that has found it’s way into many people’s lives. Though you can use it for many different things, one of the most popular uses is a painkiller.

It is effective in managing chronic pain, depression and anxiety. There are many different types of strains or veins of kratom. These veins might be found in any ground leaf – green dragon kratom, red vein kratom, or yellow vein kratom – and they’re typically present on the stem or veins near the branch.

But what are the differences between them?

This blog post will discuss the multiple types of veins used in kratom and how each type affects your experience with this natural herb.

What Is Kratom?

Kratom is a plant that originates in Asia and has some effects similar to that of opiates, but it is not opiate-like. Natives use it in Thailand, Indonesia and Malaysia as a daily medication or to treat withdrawal symptoms after long periods of heavy drinking.

It is a natural herbal product that can be purchased in powder and pills. The powder is made from Kratom trees and you can consume it by mixing it into tea, water, or juice. It’s leaves get used as an opioid substitute; people use them to ease pain, improve mood and help with sleep. People mainly use it as a pain reliever and help people with insomnia.

This plant contains alkaloids extracted from the leaves. Then, it gets combined with other substances, such as mitragynine and 7-hydroxy mitragynine. These substances act on opioid receptors in the brain to produce similar effects as morphine but without adverse effects; hence, kratom is often considered a safer alternative to opium.

It has recently become popular in the West due to it’s ability to provide a euphoric high at low doses, as well as to be able to relieve pain and reduce anxiety. However, it is most commonly used recreationally for the former two purposes rather than it’s medicinal benefits.

The kratom vein is the most popular and common form taken by most people. The veins are where the leaves are cut from the stem of the kratom plant and dried.

The vein is often more potent than the leaf and contains more alkaloids, which explains why it feels high. Some people love taking their vein because of how flavorful, pleasurable and euphoric it makes them feel.

Following are the different types of kratom veins and the differences between them:

1. White Vein Kratom

White vein kratom is also known as white maeng da or white Indonesia kratom. The color of this strain can vary greatly, ranging from a light ochre to almost any other color but whitish or brownish. It’s leaves are small but similar to green vein kratom: thin point with a tip that looks like a leaf bud. It comes from several different species of trees but is most commonly found in the Mitragyna Speciosa tree, which has pale yellowish-tan bark. It has white dots on the leaf.

2. Red Vein Kratom

Red Vein Kratom contains higher levels of psychoactive alkaloids than white vein kratom. These alkaloids include mitragynine, which produces the effects of euphoria and energy. This red vein strain has a unique color that stays on the surface instead of covering the entire leaf as with other varieties; also, it will stain the skin if it gets wet frequently because of it’s red coloring. The red color of this strain comes from the fresh leaves, so it can vary significantly from leaf to leaf.

3. Green Dragon Kratom

Green dragon kratom is also known as green kratom or Kakuam. The leaf of this strain is light to dark green in coloration, with a texture that resembles dried chrysanthemum leaves. It can grow indoors or outdoors, using soil-based or hydro-organism seedling mediums. Green veins are usually called unprocessed or raw kratom. These are not as concentrated, so they’ll not give you a pretty high solid like the other types of kratom.

4. Maeng Da Kratom

This form of kratom has a vital, bright green leaf that is very shiny and often occurs in clusters of three or four leaves. The leaf veins are also usually bright green with a white color underneath the veins. Maeng Da kratom contains more alkaloids than other types of kratom – this characteristic can easily be identified. The main distinguishing feature between the two different types of kratom is potency and potency times effect duration.

5. Bentuangie Kratom

Bentuangie is one of the most popular kratom strains and people often use it to supplement other strains. It is a kind of kratom with leaves in the shape of a bent branch. It has large green leaves and resembles a tree in appearance. The leaf of this type of kratom is thin and looks like a small branch, comparing the form of many plants. This strain has been rated best by consumers and is gaining popularity very rapidly.

6. Yellow Vein Kratom

The yellow vein kratom is another name for fresh Javanese kratom powder or fresh-cut kratom leaf. It is another kind of kratom with yellow veins on the surface. It’s similar to other types, but they’re more transparent and look very beautiful with their fresh leaves. Yellow in color, this kind of fresh K2 powder can be used in making different kinds of drinks, such as energy drinks and smoothies.

Conclusion

Kratom is a plant that often comes up as an option when individuals discuss botanical remedies. The veins of the leaves are also rich in blood-purifying chemicals called alkaloids. These alkaloids bind to the receptors of your body’s neurons and promote mood, focus, memory and long-term relief from chronic pain.

However, for humans, the veins of the Kratom plant can be used to relieve pain and reduce feelings of anxiety and depression.

Kratom’s veins are quickly drawn out and should get taken the same way you’d draw blood from a vein. When it comes to the difference between veins on kratom, one vein isn’t necessarily better than another, but some might be better for specific health problems. Like kratom strains for depression are largely preferred. The main difference between these two veins lies in the plants’ concentration level.

Hence, veins in the kratom leaves can be further classified based on their physiology and responses. The veins found on the younger leaves contain a high level of mitragynine and are thin-walled. As the leaves age, the veins become thicker and have more 7-hydroxy mitragynine.
