Your kid has outgrown last winter’s coat, this is a decent week to shop Just Hype. All clothing on the UK store is 25% off, anything already in the sale is getting an extra 25% off, and a 10% code works on top of both.
If you’ve never shopped there, the site calls itself Hype. | just hype the worldwide official streetwear brand, though these days it’s the school backpacks that fill most of the homepage. It started in a small office in Leicester. Prices below are converted from pounds at about $1.27 to the pound.
Where to look first? Kids coats. Every coat in that section has a sale price on it, and the most expensive one is $50.80. Parkas that were $114.30 are down to $50.80, padded jackets run $38.10 to $44.45 from over $100, and one camo jacket has dropped to $31.75.
A kid grows out of a coat in a year or so anyway, which is about the best argument there is for not paying $114 for one.
The rest of the sale is mostly school gear. Backpacks, lunch bags, bottles, pencil cases, charms, drawstring bags. There are pages for things under about $13, $25 and $38, and you can filter the kids clothing by age, 3/4 up to 13/14.
K8B389, 10% Off Everything, Sale Included
What happened at checkout:
- A $38.10 order.
- $3.81 off with the code.
- $34.29 to pay, $5.72 of it tax.
Does 25% and then 10% make 35%? No. The code comes off the price after the first discount, so a $50.80 item drops to $38.10 with the 25%, then $34.29 with the code. That’s 32.5%. Close, not quite.
Free shipping starts at $38.10, and the code can pull you under it. A cart sitting right on the line drops below once the 10% comes off, so throw in a pencil case. Under the line, standard Royal Mail is $4.43 and takes 3 to 5 business days, tracked is $5.70 for 1 to 2 days, and next day by 1pm costs $8.62 if you order before 3pm on a weekday.
For Students And Buyers Outside The UK
Hype ships worldwide. Orders take about 5 to 7 business days inside Europe and 7 to 14 everywhere else, and returns go through the portal on the site.
Verified students get their own discount, but it can’t be used with any other offer, free delivery codes included, and it doesn’t cover delivery, lucky dip items or gift vouchers. With the sale and the code both running, check which one comes out lower before you pick.
Bundles carry about 10% off built in, a backpack and lunch bag set at around $57 instead of $63.50. There’s a loyalty program too, from the button on the homepage, and checkout takes cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay and Shop Pay.
One warning before you pay. None of these offers has an end date on the store, and 2 of the kids coats are already out of stock, so I wouldn’t leave a coat sitting in the cart for long.
