The Portland Leather Goods discount coupon COZY25 takes 25% off right now, and you just enter it at checkout. It works on bags, wallets, pouches and even keychains.
I tested it on a Koala Sling Bag, and the full 25% came off. But the checkout page had a few other things on it too. There’s a $2.48 add-on, a donation button and a countdown timer. None of them are hard to figure out, but it helps to know what they do before you pay.

What The Koala Sling Cost With COZY25
The bag was a Medium Koala Sling in Coldbrew, a dark brown pebbled leather. It’s $118 at full price. After the code went in, $29.50 came off and the price dropped to $88.50. The order summary showed $29.50 in total savings too, so the math checks out.
Shipping won’t show up until you enter an address. Portland Leather doesn’t offer free shipping at a set amount. Instead, the cost depends on the package weight, your ZIP code and the speed you pick. You can also pay with Shop Pay, PayPal or Google Pay.
Should You Pay $2.48 For Package Protection?
Right under the coupon box, there’s a checkbox for Package Protection & Free Returns. It came to $2.48 on this order, and it stays off unless you check it. That matters if there’s any chance the bag goes back. Here’s how returns work:
- With the $2.48 add-on: a free return label, a full refund on the item and optional home pickup
- Without it: $6.95 for return shipping if the package is under 1 lb, or $14.95 if it’s heavier
- At a Portland Leather store: bring it in within 30 days and skip shipping completely
So paying $2.48 now can save you $6.95 or more if you return the bag.
The box makes sense if you’re not sure about the color or size. But if there’s a store near you, you can skip it and return in person. Just know the $2.48 and your shipping cost are never refunded. Also, Mystery Boxes and Final Sale items can’t be returned at all. Everything else has to go back within 30 days, unused and in new condition.
The Breasties Donation At Checkout
October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, so there’s a donation box for The Breasties at checkout. The first button says $0.50, because it rounds your total up to the next dollar. On an $88.50 order, that makes it an even $89. There are also $5, $10 and custom options. It’s totally optional, though.
The Checkout Timer Isn’t About The Coupon
When I got to checkout, a green bar said the items were in high demand. A timer next to it was counting down from 3:10. At first, it looks like the code is about to expire. It’s not. The timer just holds the items in your cart for a few minutes.
The coupon does have its own timer, though. The sale banner on the site counts down the time left to save today. So don’t wait too long to use the code.
What Other Bags And Wallets Cost With The Code
The site lists the 25% off price right under each item, so you don’t have to do the math. Here are a few of them:
- PLG Keychain: $20, or $15 with the code.
- Lovebug Wallet: $34, or $25.50.
- Metro Crossbody (Mini): $98, or $73.50.
- Koala Sling Bag (Small): $105, or $78.75.
- August Tote: $132, or $99.
- Pembroke Crossbody Clutch: $240, or $180.
I only tested the code on the Koala Sling, though. So if your cart has an Almost Perfect Outlet item or a Mystery Box, make sure the 25% comes off.
Rewards Points And The Referral Deal
PLG Rewards gives you 1 point for every $1 you spend. In addition, orders placed in their app earn 3x points. They also run a “Give 30%, Get $20” referral, where a friend gets 30% off and you get $20.
For me, the Portland Leather Goods discount coupon was the only thing on that page that actually lowered the price. The rest is up to you.
